Because templates are delivered instantly, please write to us first if something isn't working. Most problems, such as trouble duplicating a template into Notion, can be fixed in a few minutes.
If the product still doesn't work for you, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase through the store where you bought it, or by writing to [email protected] with your order details.
Books and printed products
Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon's return policy. For sketchbooks from our print partner, write to us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or misprinted, with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement.
